Our new corporate lawyer, Michael Wysotski, joined the office in 2008 and his primary focus has been to expand the legal services provided to new and existing corporate clients.

We can provide legal advice for those in need of leases, purchases and sales of businesses or commercial buildings, business asset purchases and sales. Michael has helped countless clients incorporate their new or existing business, update and create minute books, and custom design partnership agreements.

All inclusive pricing for Incorporations:
$1499.00 for Federal Corporations;
$1699.00 for Provincial Corporations;

Fees include registration cost to incorporate, filing fees, cost of minute book and seal, initial return, etc.

Fees for all other corporate work, including lease review, assets purchases and sales, commercial building purchase or sales, partnership agreements, will be based on our regular hourly rate.
